Founder  & Culinary Specialist

Dol Madaris

Dol is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, including her time as a Senior Purser at Cathay Pacific Airways and as a Cabin Safety Program Manager at FlightSafety International. She has a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading teams to achieve excellence.

 

With a top-of-class culinary degree from the Institute of Culinary Education and hands-on experience in restaurant and catering management, Dol brings a unique blend of expertise in aviation, safety, and hospitality, creating elevated and personalized service experiences.

Dol is known for her warm mentor style, sharp attention to detail, and creativity in turning ordinary service into guest-centric hospitality.

 

She believes that every cabin interaction is a chance to create comfort, connection, and delight, and her training reflects that belief.

Her sessions feel personal, encouraging, eye-opening, and transformational — because she believes learning should shape who you are, not just what you do.
